Message in the December 2024 Long Furlong Riding for the Disabled Group Newsletter:

"The Group were saddened to hear of the unexpected passing of Christopher (Chris), a long term friend and supporter of the group.  He was such a gem of a man, very caring and always had a smile for others.  It was a pleasure to welcome him to the group when he visited us and he cared deeply in helping others less fortunate.  He will be greatly missed by everyone in our community and we are beyond grateful for all the donations he made to us over the years.  He will always have a special place in the heart of Long Furlong.  Our deepest condolences to his family"
